Great service and excellent quality

Ordered as usual from the restaurant, asked for salt vinegar and brown sauce on meals and didn’t get any brown sauce on anything. Also paid for a chilli sauce I didn’t receive. Previous order to this one was for sausage supper, selected the 3 sausage option to receive 2 jumbo, let this slide as I understand it was likely a substitution. But feel like there is more issues with every order I make. Disappointed as usually don’t have any issues with this restaurant and the delivery was quick as it always is.

Chips were refried and were unedible. I binned them, they were disgusting.

Food was delicious and still fresh and hot upon receipt

Food got delivered 90 mins earlier that requested ,not happy as had to reheat whichade it dry and inedible .

I use dils all the time because the food is alway good..the staff are always friendly..the delivery drivers are always pleasant too..

Order was wrong and young boy very abrupt when I called up. Demanded £1 when correct order was resent. Told they were busy so i would need to wait on correct order. Mistake was theirs not mines. No need to be ignorant but it's ok I will take my money elsewhere

Very dissapointed order something and paid for it, they did not have it so instead sent me something in its place without asking me if I wanted it. When phoned basically sorry but we ran out. No offer of refund or indeed something else. Will not be eating there again

Ordered food and it was 2 and a half hours before i got it and it was cold, terrible service.

Asked for lots of sauce on both suppers and received only a little. My pizza supper had sauce on the pizza but the chips didn’t have a single bit of sauce on them. Other than that, food was amazing as always and delivery was fast.
